CHI & Far Infrared dome
The benefits of the Far infrared and Chi are most easily experienced when incorporated into your everyday routine. It takes as little as 5 minutes morning and night.

The Chi machine benifits are more noticable when used on a relativly firm surface, Sue has ours on a camping foam pad in this photo.

Here Sue uses the SOQI system in a comfortable face down position to direct the Far Infrared on her back and neck to reduce pain and increase mobility.

This shows the Domes hinged up and the Knee cushion in place with her legs resting on the Chi machine. (pillow to be removed before using Chi)

For many people simply placing the Far Infrared dome in a chair allows them to make more regular use of it.
